Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Creation Intern to support the

development of training videos for caregivers. The role involves converting textbook-style

training manuals into engaging, easy-to-understand video content using AI tools and multilingual

capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and understand training manuals and course materials to create accurate and

engaging digital video content.

• Use AI-powered tools to generate multimedia content, including voiceovers, animations,

and translations across multiple languages.

• Develop video scripts, storyboards, and structured content flows based on the training

curriculum.

• Produce and edit videos suitable for mobile learning platforms (CareTube Academy).
• Ensure content quality, clarity, and accuracy while aligning with caregiving standards.
• Collaborate with the operations and training teams to refine content and incorporate

feedback.

• Maintain consistency in branding, tone, and style across all learning videos.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Strong interest in digital content creation, video editing, or e-learning.
• Ability to understand and simplify content from training manuals.
• Familiarity with AI tools for video creation, translation, and voiceovers (preferred but not

mandatory).

• Basic skills in video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

Ability to work with multilingual content.
