Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Source and retain qualified healthcare workers to meet organizational requirements.
• Handle the empanelment of healthcare workers, including both physical documentation and digital entry into the system/application.
• Maintain and update the staff database daily, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with the operations department for timely placement and replacement of staff.
• Manage background verification of documents for healthcare workers and maintain organized records.
• Coordinate training sessions for staff in collaboration with training institutes.
• Process and manage payment invoices received from training institutes.
• Issue offer letters to healthcare workers as required.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in using computers and data entry tools.
• Comfort with using a smartphone for communication and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in task execution.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to internal processes and systems.
