Please note: The CTC band for this role is between 5-6 LPA


Digital Content Creator

responsible for producing engaging and visually appealing content for various digital platforms,

including social media, websites, and online marketing materials. This role combines graphic

design, photography, videography, and content creation, with a strong emphasis on storytelling

and brand consistency.


Prior experience in the arts and culture sector is a plus.


Responsibilities

Content Creation: Produce a variety of visual content, including images, videos,

infographics, and animated graphics for digital platforms.

Stay Current with Visual Trends: Keep up with design trends, digital best practices, and

platform-specific updates. Apply relevant trends to ensure visuals are fresh and

relevant.

Design and Editing: Use design software (e.g., InShot, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva,

and other image/video editing tools) to create high-quality, visually appealing content.

• Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, including the creation and

scheduling of posts in accordance with platform requirements.

Platform Optimization: Adapt designs to meet each platform’s unique specifications

(e.g., aspect ratios, file sizes) while maintaining visual impact and brand consistency.

• Performance Tracking: Use performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of visual

content. Make data-informed adjustments to maximize audience engagement.

Collaboration: Work closely with content strategists and other departments to ensure

consistency in content and brand messaging.

SEO and Analytics: Apply SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines

and use analytics tools to track performance.

Visual Design, Photography, and Videography: Demonstrate strong skills in design,

photography, and videography. Capture and edit high-quality visuals that align with

brand storytelling.


Qualifications & Skills

• A bachelor’s degree in film studies, production, video editing, visual effects,

cinematography, graphic design, or a related field, or a proven track record in digital

video editing and graphic design

• Proficiency with video editing tools/software such as InShot, Canva, Adobe Final Cut

Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Avid Media Composer, etc.

• Familiarity with ad formats for social media platforms to create high-performing paid

visual content

• Experience aligning visuals with broader brand goals for a cohesive marketing approach

Ability to write brief, effective copy for social media graphics or captions, adding a

narrative touch to visuals
