Digital Commerce Executive

Job Summary:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Digital Content Executive to manage and enhance our brand’s digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation and management across our e-commerce platform, website, and digital media channels. A strong understanding of luxury fashion/jewellery, visual storytelling, and digital trends is essential. Key Responsibilities:E-Commerce Content Management & WeightingCreate and optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, tags, and specifications. Ensure accurate, consistent, and SEO-friendly product content across platforms. Prioritize and manage the order of product listings based on trends, inventory, and marketing focus. Coordinate with the design and merchandising teams to align content with brand direction and seasonal collections. Content Creation & EditingWrite and edit compelling content for product pages, landing pages, blogs, and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and designers to create engaging visuals and storytelling. Ensure brand tone, grammar, and messaging consistency across all platforms. Create content calendars for launches, campaigns, and promotions. Website ManagementOversee daily updates of the website (banners, homepage, collections, etc.). Work with developers/designers to troubleshoot and enhance UX/UI. Monitor website performance and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc. Implement SEO best practices for on-page and off-page optimization. Digital & Social Media ManagementPlan, schedule, and manage content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.). Collaborate on paid campaigns (Meta, Google) with internal or external marketing teams. Track analytics, engagement, and campaign performance; prepare monthly reports. Respond to community messages and maintain brand engagement.
