More About The Role As part of this role, you will be responsible for a range of key tasks, including: - Prioritization: Efficiently prioritizing tasks and requests to optimize the executive's time. - Meeting Coordination: Organizing and managing meetings by preparing agendas, sending invitations, and documenting minutes. - Project Support: Providing assistance for special projects and initiatives as required. - Data Management: Gathering, compiling, and organizing data for reports and presentations. - Communication: Handling incoming and outgoing communications such as emails, phone calls, and correspondence. - Calendar Management: Managing and organizing the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events. - Travel Arrangements: Planning and coordinating travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. - Administrative Tasks: Performing general administrative duties to support the executive. - Confidentiality: Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and materials. - Liaison: Serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Ideal Candidates Should Possess: - A graduate degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. - Proficiency in tools like Outlook, Concur, Excel, etc. - Experience working in an international setting. - Ability to work independently. - Proactive nature with a willingness to make decisions. - Strong interpersonal skills to build connections both in-person and remotely.
