Job Title: Specialist: Digital Advertising

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Digital Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and others. This role will focus on driving performance, acquiring leads or customers, and maximizing ROI through strategic planning, execution, and reporting of paid media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, primarily on Google Ads, with support across other platforms as needed.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with creative teams to develop effective visual assets.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on KPIs.
• Generate regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing digital ad campaigns, especially Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Google Ads Manager (including Performance Max campaigns), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and similar tools.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or other paid channels is a plus.
• Ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Google Ads certification is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ecommerce, SaaS, or lead generation funnels.
• Knowledge of SEO and how it complements SEM.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
