Job Purpose Key Result Areas Supporting Actions Self Demonstrated Commitment for the Safety Sustainability Conduct Safety observation Round & CFSA at workplace. Reporting Near Miss, OPL & Kaizen on regular basis. Hazards (OFI's) Reporting & ensuring compliances for the same. All relevant statutory compliances on Time Ensure 100% compliance of safety related statutory requirement as per state rules and Factory act. Safety Promotion Activities organized for workforce Organised motivational programs related to safety in order to awareness among employees and contract workmen. NSD Activities. RSW Activities. Organise Campaign on Theme for the Every Month. Fire Service Day Celebration etc. Implementation of SMS & IMS Syetem Cordination and participation in internal and external audit and ensuring 100% compliances of audit findings. Effective implementation of progressive consequence management Effective implementation of safety systems with 100% compliance by corespondense to Factory inspector requirment. 100% compliance to Elect,LOTOTO,Road safety& Hot work standard by effective functioning of standard champion team Implementation of revised Safety standard and improving safety through digitilization Coordination and monitoring with standard champions & Subcommittee chairmen along with the line mangers to Implement safety standards and safety culture in unit. Cordination and participation in all sub committes meeting, Regular monitoring & review Key performance of each safety standards and subcommittee meeting outcomes compliances. Finalization of safety specifications required for the main equipment Develop safety practices for implementation at site Monitor the safety systems implemented by the OEM & Project Execution teams Ensuring that the standards / specifications fixed by the Design team related to safety is adhered during the equipment erection Generate the safety practices for the project execution Generate the safety practices for the plant ( post & pre commissioning) Show more Show less
