Reporting to **Director Location - Bhilai/Delhi/Mumbai/Bengaluru/Vadodara Age - Min 45 Years Experience - 15-25 years exp min in B2B Sales with Structural Steel Fabrication. Salary **As per policy Role & Responsibility Sales, Marketing or Business Development EPC Steel Fabrication business. Prepare technical and commercial proposal for Steel infra business. Coordination with Sales team and supervise the prospects. Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry. Researching and analyzing the market. Organize the sales visit. Identify and update the market standards about the product, follow up the market competitors, activities. Collect and prepare market analysis, information and reports to the department. Maintain accurate information. Having decent communication, presentation skills about delivering the services. Achieving monthly and annual targets. Generation of New Business Enquiry. Maintaining relationship with customer. Coordination with Erection Execution Team. Responsible for Payment follow-ups. Required Qualifications B. Tech or B.E. (Mechanical) & MBA (Marketing) would be an advantage Required Candidate Profile Excellent knowledge on project budget Calculation Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Should have experience in Steel structure fabrication business. Sales of Equipment manufacturing companies (Steel, heat exchangers, Silos, etc) will also be considered.
