Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Deputy General Manager to lead our international business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of driving growth and expansion in the industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and improve performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, customers, and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales decisions.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role, with a focus on international business development.
Strong understanding of global markets, including emerging trends and opportunities.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
Experience working with branded PSS products or similar industries is an asset.
