Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Support the General Manager in developing and implementing business strategies and initiatives to achieve company goals.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations across various departments, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, control expenses, and contribute to financial forecasting.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate teams, conduct performance reviews, and foster a productive work environment.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and implement corrective actions to address performance gaps.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 7 years in a managerial role, with significant experience in operations or a related field.
• Skills:
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
• Proven experience in managing budgets and financial performance.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
