Job Description

  • Customer support: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues through various channels like phone, email, or chat, aiming for quick and efficient resolution.
  • Relationship management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, and manage interactions to ensure a positive experience and high satisfaction levels.
  • Data management and analysis: Use CRM software to maintain accurate customer records and analyze customer data to identify trends, gain insights, and inform strategies.
  • Customer retention: Develop and implement strategies to retain existing customers and encourage loyalty.
  • Sales support: Inform customers about new products or services and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to expand the customer base.
  • Reporting: Provide feedback and reports on customer satisfaction, feedback, and service performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
