Job Description

As the ideal candidate for the Sales and Business Development role, you will be responsible for leading all sales activities within the assigned market. Your primary focus will be on expanding the customer base in the marketing area through strategic planning and the development of training programs for clients. A key aspect of your role will involve creating and implementing a business plan and sales strategy to ensure the achievement of company sales goals and profitability. You will play a crucial role in generating sales leads and prospects by preparing and executing effective action plans to enter new markets. Additionally, you will be involved in supporting the development and execution of marketing plans when required. Your ability to provide competitive pricing on prospect applications while maintaining a focus on maximizing profit margins will be essential to your success in this position. Furthermore, you will be expected to deliver engaging proposal presentations, strictly adhere to company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes. Your educational background should include a B Tech degree, coupled with 6-8 years of experience in Sales and Business Development. Experience in engaging with large builders and commercial organizations such as Hotels and Malls will be highly valued. While not mandatory, familiarity with MCB/DB, Switches, and sockets will be considered an advantage. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must, along with a strong passion for achieving results and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Given the nature of the role, you should be willing to travel extensively across Uttarakhand and potentially other parts of North India. This is a full-time position requiring your dedicated commitment to the role.
