Job Description

As a Sales and Business Development professional, you will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in your assigned market. Your role will involve establishing plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area, contributing to the development of training and educational programs for clients, and developing a business plan and sales strategy that ensures the attainment of company sales goals and profitability. You will also be preparing actions for effective search of sales leads and prospects, initiating and coordinating development of action plans to penetrate new markets, and assisting in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. Additionally, you will provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes. Qualifications: - B Tech with 6 - 8 years of experience in Sales and Business development. - Experience in dealing with large builders along commercial space organizations like Hotels, Malls, etc. - Understanding of MCB/DB, Switches, and sockets will be an added advantage, though not mandatory. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Passionate about delivering results and able to work as a team with different stakeholders. - Willingness to travel extensively across Uttarakhand and potentially to other parts of North India. Please note that the schedule for this position is full-time.
