DGM - METHODS AND MAINTAINENCE

We're looking for an experienced and highly specialized Methods & Continuous Improvement Lead to manage the Methods function (and potentially Maintenance) within our entity. You'll be a key driver of continuous improvement, leveraging your expertise in production processes, and ensuring operational technology (OT) cybersecurity. This role offers hierarchical responsibilities, including people management and budgetary accountability. Key Responsibilities & Expertise This role encompasses, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities and areas of expertise: Methods Function Leadership: Responsible for the Methods function within the entity. Production/Manufacturing Process Expertise: Possess expertise in various areas related to production and manufacturing processes, including: SPS (Schneider Performance System) principles Process design and optimization Ergonomics Capacity planning Simulation tools Investment analysis Cost analysis Performance management People & Budgetary Accountability: Hold hierarchical responsibilities with associated people management and budgetary accountability. Continuous Improvement: Strongly contribute to and/or lead continuous improvement actions for the site. This may also encompass Supply Chain Performance roles. OT Cybersecurity: Accountable for OT Cybersecurity within the respective site. For Applicable ETO (Engineer-to-Order) sites: The scope includes the cyber badge program as well as PaSCOS activities. Note: The roles of CSL (presumably Cyber Security Leader) and Smart Factory Leader can be a mutualized function with this position. Expert Specialization: Act as a specialized expert across multiple knowledge areas regarding production/manufacturing processes within the entity.
