Key Responsibilities: IT Strategy & Management: Develop and implement the IT roadmap aligned with business objectives. Manage IT budgets, cost optimization, and resource allocation. Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve manufacturing efficiency. Ensure IT policies, procedures, and best practices are adhered to. Infrastructure & Security: Oversee IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments. Ensure cybersecurity measures, data protection, and compliance with industry standards. Lead disaster recovery planning and business continuity strategies. ERP & Business Applications: Manage ERP implementation, optimization, and integration with manufacturing systems. Ensure seamless operation and maintenance of enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionalities. Digital Transformation & Industry 4.0: Drive automation, IoT, AI/ML, and smart manufacturing initiatives. Implement predictive maintenance, real-time monitoring, and analytics-driven decision-making. Optimize supply chain and production processes using digital tools. Team Leadership & Vendor Management: Lead and mentor the IT team to ensure high performance. Manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and consultants. Negotiate contracts and oversee IT procurement processes. Required Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 12+ years in IT leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing or related industries. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity . Experience in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Understanding of IIoT, AI, and automation in manufacturing. Familiarity with ISO 27001, ITIL, and compliance frameworks . Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to drive digital innovation and process improvement.
