Drive the IT & ERP function for the organization to support business growth and strategic
priorities
- Propose hardware, software and digital solutions to accomplish the company's business
objectives, along with data requirements and departmental workflows/ processes.
- Develop a clear roadmap for digital transformation in conjunction with all stakeholders. Take
responsibility for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of IT, ERP and digitization
related activities at all company locations.
- Drive projects related to ERP implementation, upgradation.
- Develop and implement relevant IT policies focused on business performance, risk
management and driving cost efficiency.
Must have Experience in construction/real estate industry
2. Track record of having executed ERP projects in construction sector and adherence to
timelines/deadlines is necessary
3. Excellent knowledge of business and digital applications including design, implementation,
operation and integration.
4. Should have experience in IT project and program management
