Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for the position of Deputy General Manager (DGM) - Implementation. The DGM will oversee end-to-end implementation of hospital ERP solutions, ensuring project timelines, user adoption, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include leading software deployment, collaborating with internal teams and hospital staff, delivering training sessions, and resolving implementation-related issues to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Software Implementation and experience in managing system deployments.
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess and resolve issues effectively during project execution.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and provide end-user support.
• Commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction through meticulous planning and collaboration.
• Proven leadership abilities, project management experience, and familiarity with healthcare ERP systems are preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as IT, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline is desirable.
