Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the DGM Implementation position, based in Hyderabad. The DGM Implementation professional will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of software solutions for hospitals, ensuring the timely and effective execution of projects. The role involves analyzing customer needs, guiding software deployment, providing on-site support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and communicating consistently with clients to address their requirements.

Qualifications

• Looking for 3 -5 years experienced persons
• Strong Software Implementation expertise with the ability to oversee deployment processes and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Excellent Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, focused on building long-term partnerships and ensuring user success with the product.
• Proven Analytical Skills to assess client requirements, identify challenges, and devise efficient solutions.
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Experience in the healthcare or software industries is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.
