Job Description

As the Partner Advisory Global lead, your role is crucial in overseeing the delivery of partner advisory teams to our client partners across multiple countries. Your focus will be on providing exceptional advice and support to ensure our partners" success and growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage Global Partner Advisory team operations, targets, KPIs, and client deliverables. - Conduct Client and Senior Leadership Business Reviews. - Oversee the entire advisory services delivery process to ensure smooth execution and adherence to timelines and budgets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources for seamless service delivery. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners to understand their unique business needs and tailor advisory services accordingly. - Identify areas for improvement and risks in partners" business operations to recommend customized solutions aligned with strategic goals. - Prepare comprehensive advisory reports with actionable insights and recommendations. - Develop and manage project plans for efficient resource allocation and successful project outcomes. - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of advisory professionals to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. **Qualifications and Experience:** - Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, or related operations. - 14+ years of relevant experience in Global B2B Sales Operations, Partner Sales Management, or SaaS Technical Sales. - Advanced English language proficiency (C1 or above certified). - Solid understanding of cloud technologies and digital transformation concepts. - Cloud certifications such as Cloud Digital Leader are advantageous. - Excellent Sales Pipeline management and negotiation skills. - Account management and profiling experience required. - Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and achieve revenue and pipeline targets. - Customer/partner-first approach with strong teamwork and collaboration skills. - Excellent soft skills, time management, and representational skills. - Strategic mindset with the ability to think ahead and adapt in a fast-paced environment. *Note: No additional details of the company are mentioned in the job description.*,
