Job Description

As the Partner Advisory Global lead, your role is crucial in leading and managing partner advisory teams across multiple countries to provide exceptional advice and support to client partners, contributing to their success and growth. **Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage Global Partner Advisory team operations, targets, KPIs, and client deliverables. - Conduct Client and Sr. Leadership Business Reviews. - Oversee the advisory services delivery process, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines and budgets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources for seamless service delivery. - Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, understanding their unique business needs and tailoring advisory services accordingly. - Identify areas for improvement in partners" business operations and recommend customized solutions aligned with their strategic goals. - Prepare comprehensive advisory reports with actionable insights and recommendations. - Develop and manage project plans, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project outcomes. - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of advisory professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. **Qualifications and Experience:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, or related operations. - Minimum 14+ years of relevant experience in Global B2B Sales Operations or Partner Sales Management / SaaS Technical sales. - Advanced English language proficiency - C1 or above certified. - Solid understanding of cloud technologies and digital transformation concepts. - Cloud Digital Leader or any other cloud certification is an advantage. - Excellent Sales Pipeline management and negotiation skills. - Account management and profiling experience. - Ability to work against revenue and pipeline related targets, under pressure, and tight deadlines. - Customer/partner first approach. - Strong team player with the ability to work efficiently with multiple stakeholders. - Excellent soft skills, representational skills, and time management skills. - Strategic mindset with the ability to think ahead. - Desire to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
