Job Purpose

sales growth, client acquisition, and revenue expansion

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Build and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and penetration plans.
  • Conduct market research on client needs, trends, and demand drivers.

2. Revenue Generation

  • Drive new business acquisition and closure of high-value deals.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and pricing models.
  • Build long-term revenue pathways through strong client partnerships.

3. New Client Acquisition

  • Identify and onboard producers, brands, and obligated entities under EPR.
  • Generate leads via networking, cold outreach, referrals, industry events.
  • Pitch customized EPR solutions aligned with client requirements.

4. Account Management & Relationship Building

  • Own client relationships end-to-end and maximize retention.
  • Understand client needs, respond to queries, and manage RFPs.
  • Identify opportunities to expand engagement.
  • Maintain accurate CRM/database for all prospects and clients.

5. Reporting & Forecasting

  • Prepare sales forecasts, metrics, and dashboards for leadership.
  • Recommend improvements in sales processes and strategies.

Qualifications

Education

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • MBA/Specialization in Sales, Marketing, or Environment preferred
  • Understanding of EPR regulations is desirable

Experience

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience

  • Preference for candidates with EPR, Sustainability, or Waste Management background

Skills

  • Strong lead generation & deal-closure capability
  • Excellent negotiation & communication skills
  • Ability to engage with government bodies and corporate stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, presentations
  • Language: English & Hindi; regional languages preferred for South/East roles
