🚀 We’re Hiring: DevOps & SRE Lead (On-site Ahmedabad | Immediate Joiners Preferred)

🕒 Shift Timing: 5 PM – 2 AM IST

💼 Full-Time | Engineering – DevOps & SRE

We’re looking for a DevOps & SRE Lead to manage and mentor an offshore engineering team while driving automation, platform stability, and engineering excellence.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead & mentor offshore developers/analysts

• Oversee minor enhancements, UI/API updates & full-stack contributions

• Build automation scripts, internal tools & dashboards

• Improve observability (logs, alerts, metrics, monitoring)

• Lead deep technical troubleshooting & root-cause fixes

• Maintain SOPs, runbooks & engineering processes

• Collaborate with onshore teams across time zones

🎓 Required Skills

• 6+ years in development/platform engineering

• 2+ years leading offshore technical teams

• Full-stack experience:

Frontend: JS, TS, React, Angular, Next.js

Backend: .NET/C#, Node.js, Java, Python

DB: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL

Scripting: Python, PowerShell, Bash

• Strong automation, monitoring & CI/CD experience

• Excellent communication & leadership
