DevOps Manager

You are a highly skilled DevOps Lead with over 10 years of experience, responsible for leading a DevOps team and ensuring best practices in automation and infrastructure management. Your expertise includes Terraform, AWS, GitLab pipelines, and Cloud Cost Optimization. You must possess strong leadership capabilities, hands-on technical skills, and the ability to drive automation, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and efficient cloud cost management. Your key responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of DevOps engineers, designing, implementing, and maintaining Terraform infrastructure-as-code solutions for cloud deployments, managing and optimizing AWS infrastructure for high availability, scalability, and cost efficiency, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, supporting cloud cost optimization initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring system reliability and performance through monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions. You will be required to build, deploy, automate, maintain, manage, and support AWS cloud-based infrastructure, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, integrate with on-premises systems and third-party cloud applications, evaluate new cloud technology options, and design highly available BC/DR strategies for all cloud resources. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, proficiency in AWS cloud services, expertise in infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, hands-on experience with scripting languages, deep understanding of network architectures and cloud security protocols, knowledge of Linux and Windows server environments, and relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer and Terraform Associate.
