Job Description

Position: DevOps Lead

Lead and manage offshore DevOps teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure and CICD pipelines.
Architect and implement scalable solutions using OpenShift, Kubernetes, and container orchestration tools.
Oversee MDM strategy and implementation, with a focus on AirWatch for mobile device security and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, Security, and Operations) to streamline deployment processes.
Drive automation across build, test, and deployment workflows using tools like ADO CICD, and Terraform.
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of cloud-native Containerized applications.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across environments.
Establish and enforce DevOps best practices, governance, and compliance standards.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Desirable Skills:

Familiarity with Splunk. Experience with Postman and Swagger for testing APIs. Basic understanding of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter).
Light scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
Microsoft Azure certification (AZ-104 or similar).
Experience in the travel or cruise domain.
