Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication (OAuth, tokens) and working with JSON/XML payloads. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to break down complex processes into automation-friendly components. Familiarity with ITSM platforms (such as ServiceNow), ticketing systems, and enterprise SaaS ecosystems (Okta, Slack, Jira, Zoom, etc.).
