About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. The role focuses on managing and optimizing Windows Server environments, automating development processes, implementing backup solutions, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of multiple production lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and monitor Windows Server environments to ensure high availability and performance.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using automation tools to streamline code deployments.
• Implement and manage backup solutions to safeguard data integrity and enable disaster recovery.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to manage multiple production lines consistently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to server performance, deployments, and backups.
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices for system operations.
• Evaluate, recommend, and integrate DevOps tools to enhance automation and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience in DevOps, System Administration, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server (2019/2022) management.
• Strong understanding of automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Proficiency in scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
• Solid experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with backup/recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam, Windows Server Backup).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS) in a Windows environment.
• Exposure to containerization (Docker / Kubernetes).
• Good knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates, etc.).
