DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain infrastructure and CI/CD workflows to support scalable, secure, and high-performing UCaaS solutions. You will collaborate closely with the backend, frontend, and AI/ML teams to enable rapid deployment and operational stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage CI/CD pipelines for Laravel (PHP) , GO , Python backend and ReactJS frontend using GitHub Actions.
• Automate deployment workflows for staging and production environments across multiple EC2 instances.
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Set up and optimize Docker, ECS/EKS, and containerized workloads.
• Monitor system performance, usage, and uptime using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or Datadog.
• Implement automated scaling, load balancing, and disaster recovery plans.
• Secure infrastructure with IAM roles, TLS certificates, and network security groups.
• Support database migration from MariaDB to PostgreSQL with minimal downtime.
• Manage centralized logging, alerting, and audit trails.
• Work with AI teams for real-time audio transcription, embedding, and Pinecone indexing services.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, ECS/EKS, Route53, S3, CloudFront).
• Proficient with Docker, Nginx/Apache, and Linux system administration.
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions (or Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Scripting knowledge in Bash, Python, or Go.
• Experience with monitoring & alerting (Prometheus, CloudWatch, Grafana).
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
• Knowledge of SSL/TLS, domain management, and DNS configuration.
• Familiarity with PHP (Laravel ) , GO, Python , ReactJS, and container orchestration.
• Experience managing multi-tenant systems and telephony services is a huge plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in VoIP, FreeSWITCH, Asterisk, or other telecom stacks.
• Exposure to AI pipelines, especially speech-to-text and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone).
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL performance tuning and replication.
• Background in high-availability systems and blue/green deployment.
