DevOps Engineer (Remote - India)

This is an excellent opportunity for a versatile and hands-on professional to take a key role in ensuring the stability and scalability of critical enterprise applications. As a DevOps Engineer, you will support and enhance multiple systems across diverse technologies, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of issues. You'll collaborate with global teams, deliver build and run support, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, adaptability to different time zones, and the ability to work across varied programming environments. Accountabilities:

• Develop, maintain, and support key enterprise applications, including IAS, IBS+, IBBR, and IBPS
• Work with diverse technologies such as IBM Informix 4GL, Java, Jasper, C#, and VB.NET
• Provide Build and Run support, ensuring smooth daily operations and system stability
• Manage and resolve incident requests using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
• Participate in weekend standby rotations or EU-shift hours when required to ensure business continuity
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver reliable solutions and ongoing system improvements
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in DevOps, production support, or application development
• Expert-level proficiency in Informatica and Java
• Solid programming skills in IBM Informix 4GL, Jasper, C#, and VB.NET
• Hands-on experience with incident management and production support tools, preferably ServiceNow
• Flexibility to work extended hours, including 12-hour weekend standby or EU business-aligned shifts
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in global team environments
