About the Role

DevOps/Cloud Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP).
Build, maintain, and optimize
CI/CD pipelines
for automated deployments.
Implement and manage
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
Automate manual processes, improve operational efficiency, and reduce downtime.
Handle containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Troubleshoot environment issues and support production deployments.
Implement logging, alerting, and monitoring with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, etc.
Collaborate with dev teams for smooth integration, testing, and rollout of applications.
Ensure compliance with security best practices and cloud governance policies.

Required Skill and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2+ years of experience
in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles.
Experience with
AWS / Azure / GCP
cloud services.
Strong skills with CI/CD tools such as
Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
.
Proficiency in scripting languages (
Python, Bash, Shell
).
Experience with
Docker
and
Kubernetes
.
Experience with
IaC tools
(Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates).
Strong understanding of
Linux/Unix
systems.
Experience in monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
Knowledge of networking basics (VPC, DNS, load balancers, firewalls).
