We’re looking for an enthusiastic DevOps Engineer Intern who is passionate about automation, cloud technologies, and continuous improvement. This internship will provide hands-on experience in real-world production environments, working closely with our DevOps and Cloud Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker.
• Work on AWS Cloud Infrastructure — including setup, configuration, and management of:
• EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, ECR, Load Balancers, and other core services.
• Configure and manage Linux servers for application hosting and system maintenance.
• Set up, manage, and monitor SQL databases — particularly MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Deploy and configure web servers like NGINX and Apache.
• Implement monitoring and centralized logging solutions — preferably using ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
• Work on infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation scripts (e.g., Bash, Terraform).
• Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization for servers and applications.
• Collaborate with developers to streamline deployment and release processes.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of Cloud Computing (preferably AWS) and Networking concepts (DNS, routing, subnets, firewalls, etc.).
• Proficiency in Linux administration.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions preferred).
• Basic understanding of Docker and containerized environments.
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (ELK, Prometheus, or CloudWatch).
• Working knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Understanding of security best practices (IAM roles, permissions, SSH, least privilege principle).
• Good problem-solving, documentation, and collaboration skills.

Preferred (Good to Have):

• Exposure to Terraform.
• Knowledge of scripting for automation (preferred Bash).
• Understanding of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery (DR) strategies.
• Basic knowledge of Web Application Firewalls (WAF) or security monitoring.

Eligibility:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Available for full-time, on-site internship (Work from Office).
