Year of Exp : 10to 15yrs Location : Hyderabad only As the Infrastructure/ DevOps Engineer Lead or Lead Automation Engineer, the candidate will lead and manage a team of infrastructure and DevOps engineers. The candidate will design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions for on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments. ABOUT ROLE: The ideal candidate will have proven experience in DevOps practices, on-prem deployments, hybrid, and cloud deployments. The candidate should have strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps. Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is essential. Experience with Azure Landing Zone and expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and ArgoCD are required . The candidate will monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions. Ensuring security and compliance standards are met across all infrastructure components and will be helping in setting up NSG, Firewall rules..etc. The candidate should have knowledge in Azure IOT solutions and setting up IOT devices and configuring them with DPS. This role involves developing and enforcing best practices for DevOps processes and infrastructure management. The candidate will drive automation initiatives to streamline operations and improve system performance. Additionally, the candidate will guide in developing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and ArgoCD to automate the provisioning and management of cloud resources. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure and applications. Excellent leadership and team management skills are crucial for this role. The candidate should possess strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, effective communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
