Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing in-house product scope including several SQL-based repository and reporting tools. Your key responsibilities will involve conducting root cause analysis of incidents, implementing preventive measures, delivering changes in accordance with guidelines, maintaining a stable service, driving continuous improvement in service health, providing data and documentation to auditors, researching and implementing new solutions, maintaining proactive relationships with PAM vendors, fostering relationships with stakeholders and technical teams, managing out-of-hours work, promoting knowledge sharing within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct root cause analysis of incidents and implement measures to prevent recurrence - Deliver changes in accordance with guidelines and represent them in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings - Maintain a stable and resilient service - Drive continuous improvement in service health and resilience - Provide data and documentation to auditors - Research, develop, and implement new solutions to reduce manual work - Maintain proactive relationships with multiple PAM vendors - Foster strong relationships with business stakeholders and internal technical teams - Manage out-of-hours work when required - Promote knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team Qualification Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience working in a development team in a large enterprise - Experience in .NET Framework, MSSQL server, and Angular Framework - Experience in creating processes for maintaining and supporting in-house developed services - Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and related controls - Experience in managing crisis calls, troubleshooting complex issues, and building root cause remediation plans - Experience in designing monitoring and alerting solutions at an enterprise level (Splunk, Grafana, App Dynamics, SCOM) - Understanding and experience of technologies deployed at a large scale in a global IT enterprise - Experience of working in an Agile team, managing work in Jira, and engagements in Jira Service Desk,
