Role Description

This is a

full-time,

on-site Development Manager

role located in

Chennai Nolambur ( near Mogapair

) . The Development Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees, developing and implementing business strategies, and overseeing the execution of projects. The role involves ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high ethical standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Development Manager will also be responsible for talent development, performance management, and fostering a positive and flexible work environment.
