Role Description This is a full-time role for a Development Manager, located on-site in Nagpur. The Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development of automotive components, managing product life cycles, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring project timelines are met. Daily tasks include supervising fabrication processes, maintaining quality standards, managing budgets, and liaising with clients and suppliers. Additionally, the role involves leading innovation initiatives, process improvements, and lean manufacturing practices to support both prototyping and large-scale production. Qualifications Experience in product development, project management, and team leadership Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, presses, dies, CNC tube bending, and sub-assembly processes Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, quality control, and process optimization Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
