3. Ability to guide junior Java developers on the team
4. Experience with

   Microservices, Spring boot

5. Resource needs to have development experience in

   Java 7 & 8, code,

   debug and test both unit and functional
6. Experience in Spring framework and bit of

   hibernate

7. Work experience in

   Restful or SOAP Webservices
