Job Description

Dear Candidate,

We have a requirement for Senior Odoo Developer for Isha Foundation, Coimbatore. Please find below the Job details:

Job Responsibilities:

Design and develop Odoo apps — both new module development and customization of existing ones
Understand business requirements and propose efficient, practical solutions
Build applications/features that improve operational efficiency
Support our production team with bug fixes, enhancements, and optimizations
Train and mentor new developers to grow the in-house Odoo expertise

Skills and Competencies Required:

Strong in Python, JavaScript, XML, PostgreSQL
Experience with Odoo framework (v12–v17 preferred)
Good understanding of Odoo ORM, QWeb reports, API integration
Prior experience customizing Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR modules
Analytical, detail-oriented, and a great team player
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Prior experience in end-to-end Odoo implementation
Familiarity with Linux servers and Git version control
