Role Proficiency:

We are seeking a skilled Mainframe Engineer with 4–5 years of experience to support and maintain mainframe-based systems, ensuring smooth batch and online job operations, environment setup, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple development teams to set up new jobs based on client requirements.

• Support batch and online job setup in development and UAT regions.

• Perform daily monitoring of batch jobs in the test environment.

• Ensure the testing environment is available for development teams to test changes.

• Coordinate with stakeholders (DBA, Mainframe admins, support teams) to set up test environments.

• Assist in replicating production instances in test regions.

• Handle client queries regarding test environments.

• Prioritize multiple small projects and support key events.

• Provide assistance to other team members on projects.

• Maintain and support client systems through bug fixes, custom requests, and small enhancements.
