Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mandatory experience in Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire. Domain experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required. Responsibilities Develop and maintain applications using Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions. Ensure the quality and performance of applications through testing and maintenance. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Quadient Inspire applications. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. Document technical specifications and project requirements. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Optimize application performance and ensure scalability. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team. Assist in the development of project timelines and deliverables. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers. Qualifications Must have strong experience in Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire. Nice to have experience in Life and Annuities Insurance domain. Should possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Must have strong communication and collaboration abilities. Should be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must have a proactive approach to learning and development. Should be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Must have a strong understanding of software development lifecycle. Should be familiar with hybrid work environments. Must be committed to delivering high-quality work. Should have experience with version control systems. Must be able to adapt to changing project requirements. Should have a passion for technology and innovation.
