Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Developer with 2 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Redhat Openshift Openshift JBoss Core Java and Advanced Java. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This is a hybrid role with a day shift and no travel is required. Responsibilities Develop and maintain applications using Redhat Openshift Openshift JBoss Core Java and Advanced Java. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features. Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Help maintain code quality organization and automation. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Work closely with the QA team to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process. Document technical specifications and project requirements. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Ensure that all development activities comply with company policies and standards. Qualifications Must have strong experience in Redhat Openshift Openshift JBoss Core Java and Advanced Java. Nice to have experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain. Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Should have strong communication and collaboration skills. Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Certifications Required Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration Oracle Certified Professional Java SE Programmer Show more Show less
