Dev Ops Engineer

As a Dev Ops Engineer at Kodo, you will be a key player in building and maintaining a secure and scalable fintech platform. Your expertise in cloud computing, security, and automation will be crucial for the success of our engineering team. You will have the opportunity to implement security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on experience with source control tools like Git/SVN/Bitbucket - Proficiency in working with Linux operating system and networking - Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Travis CI, GitOps, etc. - Experience using infra as code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, etc. - Proficiency in scripting/programming languages like bash, python, nodejs, golang, etc. - Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes - Strong understanding of microservices paradigms and working on logging, alerting, and monitoring frameworks - Experience in administering SQL/NoSQL databases like MYSQL, Cassandra, Mongo, Postgres - Hands-on experience in Azure cloud and experience in architecting 3-tier applications - Working knowledge of L4 and L7 load balancers like Nginx, Envoy, HAProxy Qualifications Required: - Implementing and improving logging, monitoring, and alerting systems - Building and maintaining highly available production systems - Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability - Collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders - Demonstrating a passion for rapidly building, testing, and evolving high-quality products This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
