Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site Detailer to join our team in Pune. As a Detailer, you will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural, engineering, and structural designs, ensuring timely and precise documentation. Day-to-day tasks include creating technical drawings, reviewing project specifications, collaborating with design teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements. Your contributions will support the delivery of high-quality projects that meet or exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or related design and drafting applications
• Skilled in technical drawing, structural detailing, and interpreting engineering blueprints
• Strong understanding of industry standards, codes, and compliance requirements for detailing work
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address and resolve design challenges effectively
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers
• Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in detailing work and knowledge of the construction or engineering industry is an advantage
