Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Detailer based in Chennai, with some work from home acceptable. The Detailer will be responsible for creating and managing detailed rebar, precast, and BIM models. Day-to-day tasks include developing detailed drawings, performing accurate estimations, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring timely project delivery. The role also involves communicating with clients and team members to ensure alignment on project specifications and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Rebar Detailing and Precast Detailing
• Experience in BIM Modeling and related software
• Strong Project Management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
