Role Overview:

Destination Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage

  holiday packages

  across multiple destinations ( International).
• Handle

  end-to-end travel arrangements

  including hotels, flights, activities, transfers, and excursions.
• Build and maintain strong

  relationships with suppliers

  (hotels, DMCs, airlines, transport providers) to ensure competitive pricing and service quality.
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and special deals with suppliers.
• Provide destination expertise and product training to the sales team.
• Ensure high-quality customer experience by aligning with sales & operations teams.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to design attractive holiday offerings.
• Monitor sales performance, package profitability, and customer feedback to enhance offerings.
• Manage escalations related to suppliers and ensure smooth travel arrangements.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of

  holiday packages

  ( International destinations).
• Hands-on experience in

  travel sales and itinerary planning

  .
• Established

  network/contacts with suppliers and vendors

  in the travel industry.
• Excellent

  negotiation and contract management skills

  .
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle escalations effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of travel portals/booking tools will be an added advantage.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in

  Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Business Administration

  (preferred).

• 3–6 years of experience

  in travel sales, destination management, or supplier handling.
• Proven track record in managing suppliers and designing profitable holiday packages.
