Role Overview: We are looking for a Destination Manager with strong expertise in holiday package sales, travel arrangements, and supplier management . The role involves designing and customizing travel solutions, building supplier relationships, and driving sales through innovative holiday offerings tailored to client needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage holiday packages across multiple destinations ( International). Handle end-to-end travel arrangements including hotels, flights, activities, transfers, and excursions. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers (hotels, DMCs, airlines, transport providers) to ensure competitive pricing and service quality. Negotiate contracts, rates, and special deals with suppliers. Provide destination expertise and product training to the sales team. Ensure high-quality customer experience by aligning with sales & operations teams. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to design attractive holiday offerings. Monitor sales performance, package profitability, and customer feedback to enhance offerings. Manage escalations related to suppliers and ensure smooth travel arrangements. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of holiday packages ( International destinations). Hands-on experience in travel sales and itinerary planning . Established network/contacts with suppliers and vendors in the travel industry. Excellent negotiation and contract management skills . Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle escalations effectively. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of travel portals/booking tools will be an added advantage. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate/Postgraduate in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Business Administration (preferred). 3–6 years of experience in travel sales, destination management, or supplier handling. Proven track record in managing suppliers and designing profitable holiday packages.

Share on-ground feedback with Product Owners for constant product improvement. Sales & Conversion Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales & revenue targets. Convert inbound/outbound leads with strong destination-based pitching. Maximize upsell opportunities and improve conversion efficiency. Identify potential high-value customers and nurture them for repeat and referral business. Key Skills Strong knowledge of long-haul destinations and group travel dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven selling. Qualifications & Experience Graduate / Postgraduate in Travel & Tourism or related field or DMC background/Pure Product Sales - LH Preferably 2–6 years of experience in outbound group sales (long-haul preferred). Prior experience in selling fixed departures, coach tours, or premium FITs is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems and online lead handling.
