Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer Location: VADODARA GUJARAT Job Type: [Full-time / Part-time / Contract] Experience Level: [Fresher /Entry / Mid / Senior] Reporting To: IT COMUNICATION/ IT Support Lead/ CAMERA SUPPORT Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. You will be the first point of contact for troubleshooting desktop systems, laptops, peripherals, and application issues. Key Responsibilities: Provide first and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and hardware components. Respond to user queries via ticketing systems, phone, email, or in-person. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi). Support Microsoft Office 365 and Windows OS (Windows 10/11). Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams or vendors. Assist in setting up and supporting conference room equipment and video conferencing tools. Perform routine maintenance and system updates. Document technical procedures and user guides. Requirements: 10th pass,12th pass,Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. Freshers also apply,1–3 years of experience in desktop support or similar IT support roles. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common desktop applications. Basic understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and ITIL practices. Familiarity with imaging tools, remote desktop support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk), and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCSA, or ITIL Foundation are a plus. Preferred Skills (Optional): Experience with MacOS or Linux systems,windows.
