Desktop Support Technician

You will be responsible for providing technical support as a Junior Desktop Support Technician on a Full-Time, Contract, or Freelance basis in Bhuj, Kachchh, Ahmedabad, Surendranagar, and Rajpur. With 1 to 3 years of experience, you will efficiently resolve desktop-related issues to ensure smooth operations for users. Your qualifications can range from Undergraduate, Diploma, Graduate to Technical Graduate. Your main tasks will include providing first-level technical support to minimize user downtime, installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting hardware and software components, configuring and maintaining network settings for reliable connectivity, setting up and configuring peripherals for seamless operation, and documenting technical issues and solutions for team collaboration. Furthermore, you will focus on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and timely issue resolution, supporting clients from various sectors by understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored solutions.
