• Provide on-site technical support for desktop and laptop computers, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Assist users with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and applications.
• Manage and resolve issues related to DHCP, DNS, and Outlook to ensure seamless connectivity and communication.
• Perform regular system updates and patches to maintain security and performance standards.
• Document and track support requests using ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement improvements to existing processes and systems.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on best practices for using technology effectively.
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common software applications.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, with a focus on customer service.
• Familiarity with network protocols, including DHCP and DNS.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
