Notice Period : Immediate JoinerJob SummaryWe are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer (L1) to provide first-level IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals. The role involves basic diagnosis, troubleshooting, and replacement of hardware components to ensure smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L1 support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.Perform basic diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.Handle desktop/laptop replacement, upgrades, and part replacements (HDD, RAM, battery, etc.).Support OS installation, configuration, and patch updates.Resolve issues related to printers, network connectivity, and common applications.Maintain asset records and update ticketing system.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware diagnosis and replacement.Hands-on experience with Windows OS installation & troubleshooting.Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/Wi-Fi configuration).Good communication and customer-handling skills.Ability to work in a team and follow standard IT processes.

Qualification
Diploma / Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
