About Us: We are Khandelwal Associates, operating as Eminent Enforcement and Recovery Agency, a professional legal and recovery support firm based in Indore. Our core services include enforcement of securities under SARFAESI Act, bank dues recovery, legal documentation, and compliance advisory. While the firm is legal in nature, this role is strictly non-legal and focused on IT operations and technical support for the team. Key Responsibilities: • Provide basic desktop/laptop troubleshooting and support to office staff. • Resolve minor hardware/software issues and escalate to service providers when necessary. • Manage cloud backups on platforms like Google Drive and OneDrive. • Handle basic website maintenance tasks and coordinate with developers if needed. • Create and follow up on support tickets with ISPs or vendors (e.g., connectivity issues). • Perform basic Excel troubleshooting (e.g., formulas, filters, formatting). • Maintain documentation of IT assets, passwords (securely), and backups. Preferred Skills: • Basic understanding of Windows OS, internet connectivity, and desktop configurations. • Comfort with Google Workspace, MS Office (especially Excel), and cloud storage tools. • Communication skills for vendor coordination and internal support. • A proactive, learning attitude with problem-solving ability. Eligibility: • Fresher or college student (preferably BCA, B.Sc IT, or B.Com with IT background). • Must be based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. • Available for full-time, on-site office work (Monday–Saturday).
