About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Desktop Support Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to IT infrastructure, hardware/software troubleshooting, and user support. You will work closely with our IT team to provide day-to-day assistance for desktop and system-related issues.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Assist in setting up new user accounts, email IDs, and system access.
Perform routine system checks, updates, and backups.
Document technical issues and solutions for reference.
Support IT team in inventory management of IT assets.
Escalate unresolved issues to the senior IT team for further assistance.

Requirements

Pursuing/completed a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Basic knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, MS Office, and networking concepts.
Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
